Eligibility Requirements
 •    No educational background required
 •    Those who wish to live-in and undergo training
 •    Those with a strong interest in bonsai and suiseki
 •    Those with a strong willingness to learn
 •    Those who aspire to pursue a career in the bonsai industry
📌 Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
 •    Holders of an ordinary vehicle driver’s license
 •    Those who are confident in their physical strength
 •    For non-Japanese applicants, those who can communicate in basic Japanese (optional)

Training & Living Environment
 •    This is a place of learning, and there is no labor obligation.
 •    As part of the training, accommodation and basic meals will be provided.
 •    No salary or financial compensation will be provided.

Training Format
 •    As this is an uchi-deshi (live-in apprentice) program, it does not constitute a standard employment contract.
 •    Participants will receive guidance and have the opportunity to deeply engage with bonsai and suiseki.
